The Franciacorta Saten Contadi Castaldi sparkling wine comes from Chardonnay grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September, vinified alone after a soft pressing and a cold static decantation.
The first refinement lasts 7 months and is carried out partly in steel and partly in barriques, while the refinement process on the lees lasts 30-36 months.
