The grapes with which it is made are harvested in the Monte Sant'Urbano vineyard, which gives its name to the wine itself. It is vinified after drying the bunches in the fruit cellar for 20-25 days. It matures in oak tonneaux for 18 months and refines for a year in glass. It is striking for its great elegance and complexity. It has a strong personality and lends itself to aging.
