Produced in an area with a vocation for wine, Friuli Grave Ribolla Gialla DOC is a typical white from Friuli proposed by the Conte Brandolini d'Adda farm, famous for having undertaken a real agricultural revolution in 1985 inspired by the so-called Bordeaux model. This terroir label takes shape from the pure vinification of Ribolla Gialla grapes, the fruit of vines grown following the organic farming method. The vines planted on clayey soil, which enjoys the benevolent influences of a climate characterized by hot and windy summers, produce high quality grapes. Friuli Grave Ribolla Gialla DOC is the result of painstaking work in the vineyard and careful harvesting. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where a white winemaking process follows with fermentation in steel. A maturation in the same containers follows. The final product is an extremely pleasant white. A balanced, elegant label with a savory finish, for a wine that stands out for its freshness.
