Chiaretto "Rosa dei Frati" is a rosé of medium intensity and structure capable of surprising for its authority and sharpness. The nose is fresh and delicate with a range of hawthorn flowers, green apple and wild cherry, while on the palate it stimulates with its freshness and flavor.
Rosa dei Frati is the graceful rosé created by the Ca' dei Frati farm. Here the Del Cero family has dedicated itself since 1939 to the production of quality wine: they like to call themselves "wine craftsmen" because they put care and attention into every bottle. Rosa dei Frati is a high-level Garda claret, which fully embodies the traditional graceful, fresh and gentle wine drunk carefree on the southern banks of Benaco.
The typicality bases its motivation in the production and stylistic technique, developed over time on the Garda coast and on the Valtènesi hills, which requires that the skins of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera remain in contact with the must only for a certain period of time: also known as "one night wine", it owes the unmistakable delicate pink color and floral bouquet to the skilful human ability to seize the fleeting moment, made unique by the intriguing fragrances of small fruits and wild strawberries.
Rosa dei Frati on the nose enriches the sensory experience with notes of hawthorn, green apple, wild cherry and white almond. In the mouth it proves capable of surprising for its authority: it remains fresh and delicate thanks to the pleasant acidity that designates its carefree ease of drinking, but at the same time incisive and capable of being elected, in its own right, versatile protagonist of the table.
